I've always considered everyone is a little unusual, or at least everyone has an odd quirk or two. I owned up to my weirdness long ago. If you don't trust me ask my senior high school classmates about my own white and green striped jumpsuit or our giant 85 dangle earrings.

You may think which being weird is okay when you're in the company of friends but how do you see it fitting into your company?

I see it as a terrific way to magnetize more clients, funds, ideal team members and especially fun! You can choose far you want to take it. Ideally, you want to inject enough weirdness to be entertaining but not so over the top that you freak folks out.

I allow my weirdness shine inside team meetings, throughout client interactions, my own videos, the names of my programs and items and in the subject lines of my emails. Expressing your fascinating quirks is part of just as one authentic businessperson, which is highly attractive to your own ideal target market along with team.

The fun you create by being a 'little available on the edge' will separate you from the rest of the load up. In fact,the more fully expressed you are the more rapidly your business will increase.

Why?

Because it liberates of up your creative energy and lets you live at complete throttle.

I recently received living proof of the impact of injecting 'fun and a little weirdness' into each day business operations after i took a tour involving Zappos.com.Zappos went coming from zero revenue for you to $1 Billion in a decade. Their CEO, A2z tony Hsieh, lets it all have fun for the world to find out. Zappos trusts that the more honest and upfront they are with what they are about, the more raving fans they have. It works. They are ranked 6 in the top 100 businesses to work for by Bundle of money.

Why?

Because they are exciting, innovative, generous and bizarre. And they live his or her company values each day; they are not just words posted on their website.

We are working on stretching personally even farther in the exciting and outrageous section in my business. It paves the way to liberty and abundance often. I'm not going to be unusual just to be odd. I'm just likely to more conscious of letting go of being 'professional' and being more of my terifficly unique self.

It works and it's highly popular with my ideal peeps.
